They are not a diagnosis, prescription, individualized medical advice, or a substitute for an evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional. Using the site, sending an inquiry, or receiving an automated response does not by itself establish a clinician-patient relationship.

Treatment suitability, risks, alternatives, and expected benefits must be discussed with your clinician. Outcomes vary, and testimonials or examples do not guarantee your results. Do not start, stop, or change treatment based only on this website or chatbot. Product availability is not a representation of approval by a regulator in your country.

This website, chat, and portal messaging are not emergency services and may not be monitored continuously. If you have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Provide accurate information and keep account details up to date. Protect your sign-in credentials and codes, use only accounts you are authorized to access, and notify us of suspected misuse. Upload or send only information you are entitled to share.

Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, impersonate others, send unlawful or abusive content, or disrupt the service through automated requests. Fees, deposits, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show conditions depend on the service and the terms communicated for your booking. When you opt in to Enlivencell text messaging, you may receive appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, care-coordination and follow-up notices, account or order updates, and responses to your inquiries. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may also receive information about Enlivencell services, offers, and events. Consent is not a condition of purchase or care.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To opt out, reply STOP to a message from Enlivencell. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email hello@enlivencell.com.

Starting checkout or an unsuccessful payment does not create a completed order; an order is recorded after payment is confirmed.

Enlivencell or its licensors own the website design, branding, and content, except where otherwise indicated. You may view and use them for your personal, lawful use of the services. Other copying, redistribution, or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law.
